Luna Aura Event Staffing Agency is looking for a professional, bilingual female hostess for the upcoming international oil and gas exhibition.

Location: ADNEC Centre, Abu Dhabi

Dates: 2–5 November 2026 (4 days)

Working Hours:

2–4 November: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

5 November: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Requirements:

- Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory).

- Previous exhibition experience; ADIPEC or oil and gas industry experience is an advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident, friendly, well-groomed and professional appearance.

- Smart corporate attire: black or navy blazer, white blouse, black trousers and closed-toe formal shoes.

- Available for all four days.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome visitors and distribute company brochures.

- Collect business cards and maintain visitor records.

- Provide basic company information and direct potential clients to the sales team.

Payment: To be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
